| Horace G. McCormack |
|
Horace
G. McCormack, President and Chief
Executive Officer of HGM Management and
Technologies, Inc. (HGM), is an international
consultant, trainer and researcher who has advised
public and private sector leaders on Change
Management for the 21st century.
Mr. McCormack has a diverse background with over
20 years experience in Management and Engineering
Consulting. His areas of expertise include;
Performance Management, Quality Management, Human
Resource Management, Supply Chain Management,
Productivity Management, Business Process
Reengineering, Knowledge Management, Diversity
Management, Strategic Planning. He works closely
with several large consulting firms, for whom he has
led large engagements in his areas of expertise.
Mr. McCormack holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in
Management from Polytechnic University, New York. He
is also a graduate of the University of Technology
and the University of the West Indies, with
certifications in Electrical Engineering and
Management respectively. An active Rotarian, Mr.
McCormack is Past President of the Falls Church
Rotary Club and currently serves as an assistant
governor for Rotary International in District 7610.

Carlota McCormack |
|
Carlota McCormack, Vice President of
Administration at HGM Management and Technologies,
Inc. (HGM), with over 25 years of professional
experience in Human Relations, Business Development,
and Administration. Mrs. McCormack’s strong
leadership skills and management capabilities have
been exhibited through her consistency and success
in motivating employees, as well as management.
Having worked with several successful minority-owned
businesses, she now manages all HR activities for
the firm, and overseas all administrative functions.
She has experience in office administration systems,
contracts administration, and marketing and proposal
development.
A graduate of the University of Technology,
Kingston, Jamaica, Mrs. McCormack holds diplomas in
Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and
has done additional studies at Polytechnic
University, New York, and Trinity College,
Washington, D.C. A member of the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM); she is also an active
Rotarian and member of the Falls Church Rotary Club
in Virginia. An active member of Faith Moravian
Church of the Nation’s Capital, she is the Choir
Director, and currently Secretary of the Board of
Trustees.

Scott Bell |
|
Scott
Bell, Program Manager for HGM Management and
Technologies, Inc. (HGM) is a management and quality
consultant and trainer with over 22 years experience
with the United States Coast Guard.
Mr. Bell has experience in such diverse areas as
emergency management, business process
reengineering, performance management, human
resources management and quality management. His
areas of expertise include; hazardous materials
response, process improvement, customer satisfaction
management, human resource management, continuous
improvement, strategic planning, implementing
performance excellence and quality management
systems. He is an expert in the Baldrige-based
processes for quality management and performance
excellence to include the president’s management
agenda. Additionally, he is a trained facilitator
and trainer. He has led teams that have designed and
implemented process improvements, and is a senior
examiner for the Virginia Senate Quality Award
program.
Mr. Bell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology
from Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, Nebraska and
a Master of Science degree in Quality Systems
Management from the National Graduate School,
Falmouth, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of the
United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer
Academy, Petaluma, California. Mr. Bell is active
with the Culpeper County, Virginia 4H program and
serves on the board of directors for his local
community swimming pool.

Sheila
Vanenburg |
|

Sheila Vanenburg is HGM’s chief
representative in its Atlanta, GA office. As
Administrator/Office Manager, Mrs. Vanenburg
provides administrative and technical support for
corporate executives and other members of staff to
include management consultants, the marketing
services and proposal development staff.
With over 20 years of administrative experience,
Mrs. Vanenburg has worked with senior and mid-level
officials in several entities including, but not
limited to, the airline industry, a large utility
company, and the health industry. At HGM, her main
focus is to help with the expansion of the business
in the Atlanta and entire Southern region of
Georgia.
Since joining the staff in March, 2006 Mrs.
Vanenburg has been instrumental in introducing HGM
to many organizations in the Atlanta region, and
looks forward to continuing with the company’s quest
to providing entities in those regions with quality,
value-added services.
A graduate of the Priory College (U.S. based) and
Jamaica Commercial Institute in Kingston, Jamaica,
Mrs. Vanenburg holds certifications in Secretarial
Sciences, and is currently pursuing a degree in
Business Administration.
