HGM, a world-class, multi-disciplinary professional services firm, is pleased to announce the range of services that are available through our Federal Supply Schedule for Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS). MOBIS is a flexible, easy-to-use Task Order Contract that is available to all agencies of the Federal Government, the District of Columbia, government-owned corporations, and United States Postal Service. MOBIS is a streamlined contracting vehicle that gives government agencies access to a wide range of HGM’s vast array of innovative consulting services. Government organizations can now apply the same HGM expertise and techniques that have proven immensely successful in the private sector.

For all MOBIS efforts, the HGM team consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds, but with specific knowledge, and capabilities in the proposed areas to provide the experience, skills and resources required for exceeding client satisfaction. The team brings to the General Services Administration (GSA), and in particular MOBIS, the best available knowledge in consulting, facilitation, survey services, training, support services, privatization support services, documentation, program integration and project management. HGM is also a team of professionals who are skilled at change management, and organizational development, through adult training, management and leadership; curriculum design, and implementation. US House of Representatives IDIQ Contract

Contract Period: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Description of Services:
Audit and technical, non-personal services for the Office of Inspector General (OIG), U.S. House of Representatives (House) for multiple independent financial audits, and audit and reviews of the House financial management and functions; health, safety, and security activities; and Member services. Technical assessments, reviews or audits will address information assurance, emerging technology, and system development life cycle activities, and other administrative functions within the House and joint entities. The three House Officers (Clerk of the House, Sergeant at Arms, and Chief Administrative Officer) as well as other House entities and legislative branch agencies may request services from this contract. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract. The base period of the contract shall commence on date of award and end September 30, 2003 with options for four (4) additional years ending on September 30, 2007.

Description of Services:
The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel and services in order to provide administrative, technical, and logistics services at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis and in accordance with Section C-Description, Specifications/Work Statement.
