The Washington D.C. Chamber of Commerce (www.dcchamber.org) recently announced its 2004 Business Awards. Among the recipients is HGM Management and Technologies, Inc., (HGM) which was awarded the Small Business of the Year. The awards will be presented at the Chamber’s Annual Gala and Silent Auction which will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, in Washington, D.C. on October 30.

HGM is led by Horace G. McCormack, its founder and President/CEO, who is an Industrial Engineer, Management Consultant, and Trainer. Mr. McCormack received his MS in Management and BS in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York. He was also educated at the University of the West Indies, and the University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica.
